As a woman, mother, educator, speaker, coach, surfer, world traveler, and activist, I bring deep passion and dynamic lived experience to the sacred terrain of Women's Embodiment work. I am passionate about reclaiming the power of our full feminine expression, and reigniting our potential for pleasure, joy and embodied fulfillment.
With thriving bodywork practice for over two decades, extensive teaching, facilitating movement and inner work, and a life-long devotion to transformative personal growth, I bring the energy, depth and skill that has helped hundreds on their healing path to wellness and vitality. As an energetic activator and advocate for the exquisite potential available when we are tuned in and turned on, I know when we uplevel LOVE, magic happens.
I was raised and reside on the island of Kauai and I'm thrilled to bring the incredible healing experiences to this powerful place and share it with you all.
